la largeur de la crémaillière n'est pas suffisante, il faudra que je ralonge les embouts
en tout cas il y a la place pour faire passer la colone de direction sous l'amortisseur, ouf!
j'en profite pour finir les fixations du volant
je m'assois dans le siège, je pose mes mains sur le volant, bonne ergonomie, c'est bon ça.........Et là c'est le drame. Le flash, la crémaillière qui provient d'une aygo est placé en arrière des moyeux, telle que je l'ai placée (devant), en trounant le volant à droite, elle "tourne" à gauche >_<
l'erreur con, ça m'est complètement sortit de la tête. Va falloir que je face un engrenage pour inverser sa rotation, ou acheter une crémaillière anglaise ou bien la placer en arrière des moyeux. Le problème avec la dernière solution, je l'ai dans les pieds.
Demain j'essayerai de la placer sous le chassis, mais j'aurais la colone de direction entre les pieds...
Today i've started working on the front
there is enough room under the spring to let pass the steering column, yes!
I've finish making the steering fixation, I jump inside the seat to feel the ergonomy, when I realize that the rack rail is mounted in front of the hub (initialy mounted behind the hub in the donor car), the result is when I turn the steering right, the rack rail "turns" left >_<
It's a stupid mistake, I don't think about it...the solutions, buy a rack rail from an english car (right drive) or fixing a wheel to make it turn in the right direction, or placing the rack rail behind the hubs. But with the last solution, I'll have it in the middle of my foot...
Tomorrow I'll try to place it under the chassis, but I'm not confident on it because I'll have the steering column in my foot...
